Inspired by the brisk autumn days of late October, my personal trips to Salem, MA, and the mythical world of Alfred Hitchcock's 'Psycho' and the experience of the dark, dank interiors of the fog-enshrouded Haunted mansion at Walt Disney world.

Hideously deformed cartoon characters from a bastardization of some banned 1920s animated film trudge up uneven steps to a 'Gingerbread Gothic' house reminiscent of the old Bates place or Norma Desmond's decaying Hollywood mansion..
